If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging and accessories should be included whenever possible.
The product must not show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Handmade Products
Every LipLapLab product is handmade.
Small variations in color, printing, lamination, cutting, or finishing are part of the handmade production process and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
Personalized or custom-made products
Digital products after download or access
Products that have been used
Products damaged due to improper use or handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
a damaged item,
a defective item,
or an incorrect product,
please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
your order number;
photos of the product;
photos of the packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive proof that it has been shipped back, in accordance with applicable European Union law.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
