Each book is carefully handmade in Slovenia. Because every item is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping.

Processing Time

• Production time: 2–5 business days
• Large wholesale orders may require additional production time. We will inform you if this applies.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Slovenia (EU).

Estimated delivery times:

🇸🇮 Slovenia: 1–2 business days

🇪🇺 European Union: 2–7 business days

🌍 Other countries: 5–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

LipLapLab is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
